Cant open downloaded files (windows message no permission)

Ive been trying for about an hour now to disable the stopid message saying are you sure you want to open this file? i got to a site wich got me to internet settings of windows. made custom profile for zone and disabled the warning if i want to open those files.

Applied settings, tried to open a random exe file i downloaded and now i dont have permissions at all anymore to open a downloaded file...wtf! I tried defaulting settings but no luck. stopid windows likes messings with me.

How can i revert this? and make sure that stopid message is never going to show up again?

    Hello borgqueenx,

The tutorial below can help show you how to unblock a downloaded file to turn off the "Open File - Security Warning" message for it.

Open File - Security Warning : Unblock File

    Hope this helps, :)
