What folders are neccesary in C?

Hi. I want to clean my PC but when I enter to C:/ I find folders like "8100_8110-5.663.1212.2006" and other files I don't know what to do with them.
So that's my situation. Please tell me what folders HAVE to be there.

Glad you can help.

Google the folder names to see if you can find what they are used by. I don't recall seeing anything like you mention directly under C:

Consolidate Shortcut Folders/File Folders in Open Dialogue
I was wondering if there's a way to sort file folders and shortcut folders so they are listed together, as in previous OS versions. I find it frustrating that 7 has forced the shortcuts to be split up into their own category rather than their file properties. I prefer to sort my folders by type,...
