At Control Panel>Power Options, Select Balanced plan, then under Advanced Power Options for the plan, open Sleep and set it to 30, Hibernate to 60 and Hybrid Sleep on. See how this works.

I set it to 1 minutes and it works, I will try to set it to 25 minutes as before to check if it works.

I read it, but my case is very strange.
I set suspend to 1 minute and it works good, but when I set it to 2 minutes, only screen go off. It doesnot suspend.
And only thing I change is the time: 1 or 2 minutes. Very strange and in the same computer, before reinstalling Windows, it works OK.

Try establishing a Clean Boot, study the Performance log at time of failure for clues, utilize the System Resources found in Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

Try the steps also at Sleep Mode Problems - Vista Forums

If all fails to discover the cause then consider Gathering a Startup, Shutdown, Sleep, Hibernate, or Reboot Trace - Windows 7 Forums

Thank you gregrocker for your help. Shortly but usefully.
I tried clean boot and it works. Later I saw that problem is mTorrent. I remove it from msconfig and it works.
    Now it´s solved.
