How to delete created boot files ?

Delete the boot files on D, if necessary using Take Ownership Shortcut on their folder(s) only. They were never activated since the System Active flag is still on C.

In the future the best way to move the System boot files is to mark the target partition Active then run Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times which tests and repairs/rewrites all parameters. Merely copying the files and marking Active doesn't maintain the hotlink to System Recovery Options on F8 Advanced Boot Options.

I took ownership of all folders one by one but there is still 'd:\boot' address and I have no choice but to reformat the drive .

Why don't you ask us whether you "have no choice but to format the drive?" Instead you inform us of this based on what?

All of your suggestions and explanations worked , but there is still D:\boot address and I don't want any residues of my experiment so I reformatted it . I am experimenting because I want to learn and I use this forum to teach me and help me In case of anything goes wrong .
