Just right-click the partition in Windows Explorer and format it.
But be sure to back up all your data.

If you format D then your Recovery partition will be removed. Make your Recovery Disks first if you want to have any method to restore to Factory Condition.

For the third time, will you check if you have a GPT or MBR disk following the steps below?

OK can you check now if it's a GPT or MBR disk?

Check in Disk Mgmt to see if it's for certain an MBR disk.

Does this same choice appear when you right click on the panel in red to the left of the HD shown in this screenshot of Disk Mgmt?

This will tell us if it's an EFI install.

Please post back a screenshot of the content of the 15gb partition.

Did you make your Recovery Disks yet, or see if they will generate to know if Recovery Partition even works?

Why am I having to ask you for a fourth time to check in Disk Mgmt if you have an MBR or GPT disk? I gave you a diagram to show how to determine this. If you have any questions how to do it then you should ask them back, but you may not just ignore the request repeatedly if you want help here.
