These 'warning/Alerts' sounds

I'm getting these alert sounds too regularly. The sys.tray shows no problems.

How do i track down the troublemaker?
Can I adjust in control panel?

Have you looked in Event Viewer when you hear these alerts to see if anything is in the log showing what caused an alert?
