I just tried the link from the tutorial and it works. You may have to look at your browser, and give permission for it to download and where you want it to save the .ISO file.

From the link in the tutorial, go to the Dell site and click on X17-58997. That should be Windows 7 Home Premium X64. You may have to allow the browser to download the file. Sometimes it is a bar will appear at the top of the browser and sometimes a small window will appear at the bottom. Either way click on save as and select a location on your computer, or just click save and it will save it to the default location of your downloaded files.

Earlier you asked about Arcronis True Image 2013 and received no reply. It is an excellent program which can image over the entire drive or just selected partitions. If you already have it I would use it. The Manual is quite easy to understand and we'll be glad to walk you through it. If you don't have it there is a free Acronis version available when any WD or Seagate HD is in the mix. The Paragon app has many happy users, too.

There was also confusion about whether you should include the Recovery and Tools partitions. This depends upon whether you want the ability to boot from the Recovery partition in case the OS ever needs replacement. You can make your Recovery disks to use for this purpose as well. Both options are described in HP System Recovery.

One other thing when considering how much of the HP preinstall you want to retain. Most tech enthusiasts will not run the preisntalled Win7 because it contains the worst load of factory bloatware in the industry. They prefer to instead Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to get better performance without all the crap that comes larded on top of the OS with HP. This is something you should also read over and consider. As we specialize in clean reinstalls here we can help you get the freshest start of all for your SSD by getting it perfect. You already own the OS to reinstall in what ever way you want for the life of the PC.
from the links you have given in this post, I am unable to download windows 7 home premium 64bit. I keep clicking on the link but it does not do any thing.
I just tried the links and I can download it with no problems, but if you still are having trouble downloading, download any of the 64-bit versions and use this tool to make it an all in one disc and then you can choose Home Premium to install Create Windows 7 Universal ISO With All Editions Selection On Install with ei.cfg Removal Utility « My Digital Life

No, you are not just copying the files, just use the tool in the tutorial to put the files on the usb drive. It is very simple. Personally, I use PowerIso to put the iso onto a usb drive, but everyone has their favorite tool.

Part 2, right here. But read the whole thing.
