    He seems that he cannot download stuff. So his best bet would to download on another pc and install from a usb.

    Formatt your PC and do fresh install! Quick and simple. If problem still persists after that throw it out the nearest window and hope a truck runs over it!

I have PSD's on my desktop and they wont open. I get a 0xc000007b error when trying to open them. Photoshop 64bit also doesn't open and I get that same error. But when I go to the 32bit version photoshop then opens. How do I fix this? Photoshop Cs5
