Try running a few Startup Repairs to get an idea if it is OS boot-related, although it sounds a lot like a Power Supply issue. You can help narrow it down.

Run the hardware tests and work through these other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7,

If nothing is revealed or works I think before I'd take it to shop I would go to Control Panel>User accounts to create a new Admin-level account to test if the same thing happens.

If so shrink C in Disk Mgmt by about 20 gb to do a test install of Win7, see if that shuts down and boots correctly. If so we can help you migrate over to it and eventually delete the problem OS.

I can solve this problem if it was my desktop as I'm used to fixing that but don't have experience in opening an laptop.

Nope. I don't have anything connected to it. I was watching a movie and got a notification that the bettery ran out so plugged in the charger, it worked for about five mins but it got shut down by itself and then wasn't charging properly. And keeps shutting down.

Edit: I can't get to finesh the start up. My laptop goes in to recovery mode and it just shuts down by itself. Although it used to take some time to just switch off. Now if I just press the on button, it just get switched off right away.

There was nothing wrong with the laptop, software wise. There was something wrong with the battery. I don't think it was getting enough power, so I just ordered a new battery and it works. Without having to go to the repair shop.
Thank you all for help :)
