Hello Dani Albaho, and welcome to Seven Forums.

What edition of Windows 7 is installed on the laptop?

The tutorial below can help show you how to change the display language to be English, but you will only be able to do this in the Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise editions.

    Display Language - Change

    Hope this may help, :)

It is a bit complex if you cannot do the above, but this should work if you find an English language pack.

With a Home Premium edition, the language pack does not help. If you are lucky, there is a multi language version on the recovery partition from where you may be able to select English with a reinstall. Else, learning Swedish is the alternative.

well, the language pack is a component of that tutorial. It is a manual language switch that does work in home and home premium (or at least did before SP1 when I did try it for fun). It's not anywhere as easy as it is in Ultimate (as it requires some command line wizardry) nor as flexible (as you cannot set different accounts with a different language), but it's doable.

Maybe this can be done. Just a though. Use your COA sticker for Windows 7 Home Premium. Clean install Windows 7 Home Premium in English.
Brink and or whs can this be done legal.

Excellent idea. Why did I not think of that. Would give you reps but have to spread some first.

A copy of the Home Premium .iso can be downloaded from here: Dell Community
