Recent places not available, properties check box grayed out?

    Recent places not available, properties check box grayed out?


    Greetings. When I go the the recent places option while saving I don't see recent folders listed. I've searched on this and the prevailing solution seems to be to go to Taskbar and Start menu properties>>Start Menu and then check both of the Privacy boxes. However, the second box is greyed out. AND, when I hit the Customize button and scroll down to Recent ..... the Recent radio button isn't there



    and NB that the number of recent items to display is grayed out.

    Hello omnipheasant, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    It looks like Recent Items may be disabled. See if enabling Recent Items using the tutorial below may help.

    Recent Items - Enable or Disable
