When I press personalize it will show "explorer.exe unspecified error"

    Did anyone found something to fix this problem?

    I would also recommend the Repair Install or even a clean install if you are up for it.

    You can get the ISO files for the installation disk here: Dell Community

    Burn the ISO to disc or bootable USB and go from there. If you do a clean install, you must back up all your data and, afterwards, you will need to reinstall any other programs you have installed. This is the best option though since it will eliminate any other problems that might be lurking in the system.

    since you purchased the upgrade from starter to Ultimate, you should have a key for it, you will need to re-activate your windows 7 and you must install the same one that you purchased (i.e. don't download Home Premium)
