I would first run an sfc scan to check any problem with system files
Start>type cmd>right click then run as administrator>type sfc /scannow>enter

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Would also run some virus scans

Need a bit more information than this. Did you recently delete any folders or files? Which ones?

Did you haven any recent hardware changes? What?

And most importantly, what are your system specs?

But have you run a virus scan? If so what software did you use and is it up to date?
