I'm looking for a Laptop, £650 maximum

Hi, I'm looking for a laptop with maximum price of £650.

Specs I want:

i5 or i7 CPU.
dedicated GPU with decent performance for videos rendering, I do PS3 game recordings, my current laptop takes ages to render.
500GB HDD or more.
4GB RAM or more.

please help

Nobody has seen overkill until they've seen the pure insanity that is iBuyPower's most expensive laptop... I don't even want to know the temps of that thing... or how long it'd take to pay off that loan for a $6493 laptop! I'm fairly sure this is one of the most powerful laptops ever...

Maximum Frequency Below 100%
The maximum frequency can be found by going into the resource maneger from the task maneger. I know it is below 100% for laptops running in a power saving mode but it should never be belwo 100% for a desktop should it? It's not like im running a ton of processes and my core temps are 25c or below...
