Remove the ATI Radeon HD 4350 so disconnect it physically

after doing what the above person said....

This happened to me when i was overclocking my card, it was a sign i had to take it back a bit, i just wanted to put that outhere as it may help your issue even tho your not overclocking

First enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3)

Then run Windows Updates and install all IMportant and Optional.

Was there a newer Display driver provided which Win7 wants?

If not import the latest from the Support Downloads webpage for your PC or Display Device model given in Device Manager. If unknown check your PC or Display card specs, or trace with Hardware Identification
