Get rid of defragler, get rid of avg.

Run windows disk defragmenter until windows is 0% fragmented.

    Run system file checker.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

84% memory is high, find out what`s using it all up.

Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes, both free.

Any running process will use memory, whether it`s in the background or not, gadgets etc.

How many programs do you have running at startup ?

start>run type in msconfig go to startup tab
