Confirm the 100mb System Reserved partition is marked Active if you have it, if not confirm C is Active using Option 2 in
Mark Partition Active.
Then run
Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times until Windows 7 starts. If you marked SysRserved active and it won't start after 3 tries, move the Active flag to C to try again x3.
If it won't start this way or using the other steps in troubleshooting tutorial, move on to Factory Recovery option or the Clean Reinstall I linked earlier after rescuiing your files if necessary.
