    Does the battery fully charge?

I would take it to a Repair shop to ask them to plug in their all-in-one adpater to see if the problem persists. If not buy a new adapter there, or you can usually find one online for your specific model for much less. I got a good one for a Compaq laptop for $9 recently off eBay.

Yeap, battery at 100% and all seems to work fine.
Sleep and hibernation doesn't work either, same problem there. The funny part of this is that everything started right after i switched from Home to Pro. So i don't think it's hardware error.

A new thing i noticed. If i force the laptop to shut down "power button 4 sec" i clearly hear the HDD shuts down, like a click. That sound never appear when it shut it down normaly.

Is there a newer BIOS update on the Dell Support Downloads webpage for your tag number or model?

What Pro installer did you use. Is it the one provided in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 and did you follow the steps given there to get a perfect install, especially as it concerns how drivers are handled differently in Win7?

Make sure you have all of your drivers and other Important and Optional Updates installed after enabling Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3)

You may be onto something with the error you spotted. When you google the error text you learn how others have solved it, including prospective solutions at http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/26...reezing-system.

Continue to troubleshoot as given in Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

Please also fill in your System Specs in bottom left corner of post.
