My old computer starts up with Windows Repair.

Well long story short I had this about 3-4 years ago ( Dell Insprion 1545 ) One night I was using it before bed, then I closed the screen to put it to sleep. In the morning I woke up BSOD. Never worked since. But now I want to repair it. Is there any way I can repair it. ( and yes every time it boots up it goes to windows repair and says windows can not automatically repair your computer. How would I go about this?
