System hangs after Windows 7 Log In - no desktop icons display

    Windows 7 Pro vers 6.1.7601 64bit

Systems hangs after seemingly OK boot. Logged in as user but no desktop icons. Rebooted in Safe Mode - seemed OK. Looked @ Event Log. Errors

The Net.Msmq Listener Adapter service depends the following service: msmq. This service might not be installed.

The Net.Pipe Listener Adapter service depends the following service: was. This service might not be installed.

    7001 Service Control Manager
The Net.Tcp Listener Adapter service depends on the Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service service which failed to start because of the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

    7009 Service Control Manager
A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the IPsec Policy Agent service to connect.

    7011 Service Control Manager
A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the Dnscache service

Restarted in Normal Mode. Booted fine and logged in OK. Still get the 7003 errors but system works OK.

Has only recently started to happen but I have had to remove a Trojan Virus. All virus checking is OK but I suspect something got damaged.

    Any ideas ?
