Default profile directory restore

Hi, I "cleaned up" my HD and deleted de default profile in the users directory, so now I cannot create other users anymore. Its not in the tray anymore and other restoration methods are not possible. However, I have my old windows 7 on another partition so I thought that I could eventually copy it from that directory into the new one. To make a verbatim copy I think that I should use the robocopy command on the cmd level. Can anyone tell me what parameters I should use? I tried /copyall /e /a but for some reason access is denied, so I dont know what parameters to take.
