Read-only error for all programs
I did my research on this problem and it seems as though it commonly comes from updating your Windows, but this is not the case for me. I was attempting to open up the files from a thumb drive on my system, but it didn't work! I hit "open with" and the suggested tool was Adobe, so I used it. What I did not notice was the small box in the corner that, when checked, which it automatically is, makes the computer open EVERYTHING in that program! So now the computer wants to "read-only" all of my programs, and I can't figure out how to make them open like they usually do, and actually work. Please try and help!
