    I get this pop up error every five minutes on a users p.c. Any fixes, please help! Thanks

    Can we get a bit more info on what you have tried so that we don't repeat lots of suggestions?
    Do the event logs give any clues?
    What Symantec apps are installed?
    What version(s) of C++ are installed?
