I have a hard-disk of 250gb with load of nearly 200gb. Unfortunately there is no backup and the hard-disk not detected in another computer, means possibly damaged. Is there any process to save some or entire data from the hard-disk. It consists of some important data.

Is it an external hard drive?
Please connect it to your computer and see how it appears in Windows Disk Management.
Will help us give a focussed solution if you could upload a screenshot of the same.

Download and install MiniTools Partition Wizard Home Edition 7.6 from Best Free Partition Manager Freeware and free partition magic for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Vista and Windows XP 32 bit & 64 bit. MiniTool Free Partition Manager Software Home Edition.
Use the Partition Recovery Wizard in it and try to recover the partition.

No its not an external hard disk. Its a primary HDD of a computer. We tried to connect it in another computer as external but it can't detect.
What happened in that computer on which it was a primary HDD? Was it recognised in the BIOS?
The damaged HDD 's computer can't start the windows. So, we tried to connect it another computer. And no, it was not recognised in the BIOS.
I'm just saying here...But if your BIOS does not recognize the drive, could be serveral things. Are you sure it's spinning up? Maybe the drive is dead, open up your case and feel for vibrations if it's spinning. Double check your cables and reseat your connections. Alos, swap out the cables, could be the cables are bad. I doubt it, but maybe it's a motherboard driver issues? Maybe check the manufacture drivers for your motherboard.
In the BIOS, is the drive enabled? You may need enable the drive in the System Setup. Oh yeah, could be a jumper issue as well. You have to get the BIOS to see that drive. Goodluck.
