| | Unable to Open Files I am unable to open any of my files or photos. A message comes 'could not complete your request because an unknown or invalid JPEG marker type is found'. It is the same problem in Word in that I cannot open my files. No problem in Excel all seems to be well there. Moderately OK with PC but at 80 not that with it. Any help would be most appreciated. I have run a scan, shows no problems |
