Any method to highlight multiple text in Windows.

In a browser, Ctrl + mouse drag enables highlighting of multiple text on different lines.

But in notepad etc, it doesn't work.

    Any help is appreciated :)

features like that just depend on the application displaying the text - MS Word does what you described too.

Hold down the left button of your mouse and scroll down over the text ... right click to copy, then right click again to paste. This works fine in notepad for me.

I think that the OP means non-contiguous text selections.

As UsernameIssues pointed out, you can do it in Word.
