Vista - Notepad - cannot read the texts
The minute I formatted my p.c to it's factory settings, all the Arabic texts were disappeared and changed to characters and symbols.
How do I fix this problem and change the symbols back to Arabic?

The system I have is Vista Home Premium. I went to the Regional and Language options then ===> Change keyboard ==> add Arabic keyboard.
Still nothing changed from the symbol writings. | | My System Specs | | OS Windows Vista - Home Premium 32 bit

Did you remember to set system locale to Arabic in Control Panel > Region and Language settings after resetting to factory settings:
