| | As it says in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start if Startup Repair run 3 separate times doesn't work to start Windows with System Reserved marked Active, then move the Active flag to C partition to try it 3 times again. |

| | Complete all of the steps in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start including running the bootrec tool then the repairs again, if necessary rescuiing your files to run Factory Recovery or get the superior Clean Reinstall. |
