    In Elevated Command Prompt

    Code:

    cacls c:\ /s:D:PAI(A;;FA;;;BA)(A;OICIIO;GA;;;BA)(A;;FA;;;SY)(A;OICIIO;GA;;;SY)(A;OICI;0x1200a9;;;BU)(A;OICIIO;SDGXGWGR;;;AU)(A;;LC;;;AU)
    After that do
    Code:
    icacls c:\ /setintegritylevel (OI)(NP)(IO)H
Command succesfull?? Use cut and paste to prevent typing errors. Whole command on 1 line!!!!!

Use this link (Elevated Command Prompt) that Kaktussoft gave to open a elevated command prompt and copy and paste his first command into the command prompt and press enter then do the same for the second command he gave.

Just in case to copy and paste select the command by clicking at one end and draging to the other which should highlight it and after checking that the complete command has been selected right click and select copy then switch to the command prompt and right click paste.

Read what each command says after it completes and let Kaktussoft know.

Download attached cpermissions.bat and put in c:\windows\system32
Now open an elevated command prompt (explaned before). Now type

    cpermissions

and press enter. What is output?
