Thank you for your GIF, but it still won't start downloading.
I've tried as you said, first test check only the : "don't scan network traffic" one like in your pic.
Second, i check all the boxes above and still not working
plese see below my screenshoot and verify if the exclusion is right ( the path ):
in the thumbnail.
I choose (Program files x86) cause there is no any idm folder on the (program files) folder without the "x86".
