Hi for some time, I have a problem with windows folders ... namely, I have the option to reset the FULL SCREEN ... how does it look?

This is a pain, but, right click on an icon and choose properties and where it says run, change it to maximize.
But if you open a window, maximize it, then close it, the next time it will automatically open maximized.

Hmmm, just that it's all in the system folders, not in games, programs and applications, in terms of the type my documents folder, my computer ...
try holding shift when closing a maximized window
maximize explorer window
press and hold shift
close explorer window using X
release shift
if that does not work then, I do not know what else to tell you.
