No boot files detected

Hello.

I have problem with PerfectDisk 10 (no matter newest or older update) in recently reinstalled Windows 7 - it seems that it can't detect boot files (even -statistics- file - shows number 0 size 0mb).
Each time it just creates gap between defragmented files in place usually ocupied by boot (violet squares).
I had no such problems previously - system configuration remains the same.
What is the reason of such behaviour ?
Help me, please !
