Hello Gary,
You may have ran CCleaner or something similar that deleted this log file from your temporary folder, that is in use by a scheduled task.
Open Task Scheduler, and expand the Task Scheduler Library folder in left pane. Open the Asus folder in left pane, select the i-setup task in the middle pane, and delete it.
That should take care of it for you. :)
Do what brink said this should stop it from coming up. It is being caused by ASUS software which looks like it has become corrupted.
