recovery disc

    recovery disc


    i am trying to create a recovery disc,i have googled several sites and they all tell me the same thing i need.a flashdrive of at least 256mb.but when i go on my laptop,(this is the one i am creating it for).
    it calls it a rcovery drive,is the same thing .and it say,s i need a flashdrive of not less than 16gb.
    so i am totally confused.can anyone help.

    Do you mean a system repair disc ?

    Sounds like you are talking about Windows 8.

    Where did you get the idea he was talking about windows 8. No where in his specs or in his cp does he indicate he is using 8.

    To the OP please check in the tutorial section of the forums I sure you will find a tutorial that will address your needs. . .good luck. . .:)

    Recovery drives have been a common thing for many years. HP, Dell, Asus, etc have been including recovery drives since XP. . .

    To use the OEM manufacturer's side of Windows 8's Recovery, you need a USB drive of not less than 16gb.
