The red area shows the errors detected.

The blue link is a tutorial that explains how to run the test, then if it shows errors how to isolate the stick or slot.

Have you isolated the stick or slot as shown in the tutorial, and why am I having to mention this a third time?

Once you isolate the bad stick, confirm the specs by googling your mobo or PC RAM specifications and comparing them against Crucial System Scanner software to find out what type of memory is in your computer.

Then replace the bad stick. You can get good deals on the web from google shopping view if you're sure of the specs, or go to a parts counter at a PC store or shop where they can help you spec it exactly and its easier to return if it's wrong.

Does it make the beeping noise if you remove both the sticks or just one at a time, and secondary question if you remove one and swap the other one to the slot that the first one was in does it make the beeping noise?

Do what these knowledgeable guys have recommended and please understand their frustration when trying to tell someone what to do to fix something and they don't seem to be following instructions. Sometimes it gets very frustrating... Gregrocker is kind enough to try and help you, so don't mistake his frustration for "bad attitude"... Hope the RAM problem is fixed soon - just replace it!

Glad to hear it. I hope you didn't have to pay to replace all of the sticks, but just the bad one we were trying to help you isolate.

You can mark the thread Solved at top.
