anyways i'll go straight into the problem, yesturday morning i turned my pc on...it was turning on normaly, but then when it loaded into desktop, there was only black screen, and a movable mouse coursor,I tried rebooting a several of times,it didnt work.. it work normally with safe mode thaught..I ran a full anti-virus scan twice, and it didnt find any viruses ..... I searched all over internet but found ,no answer's to my problem..
i also tried to fix the problem, with the built in tool "repair computer"it didn't find any problems.i also tried restoring the computer from 2 days ago but it failed,I searched all over internet, but found nothing that answered my problem....so I m here now, asking for help :) thanks..... and if it's the system's fault then i wouldd have no problem with re-installing it :)

So black screen with mouse pointer. After logon I assume?
Can you press ctrl-alt-del there, start task manager, "new task". There run explorer.exe
Does that work? All icons back and is explorer running?

    Also HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

What is the value of "Shell"??

All user accounts have same problem, or is there only one user on this compiuter?
