I searched all over internet but found ,no answer's to my problem..
i also tried to fix the problem, with the built in tool "repair computer"it didn't find any problems.i also tried restoring the computer from 2 days ago but it failed,I searched all over internet, but found nothing that answered my problem....so I m here now, asking for help thanks..... and if it's the system's fault then i wouldd have no problem with re-installing it

So black screen with mouse pointer. After logon I assume?
Can you press ctrl-alt-del there, start task manager, "new task". There run explorer.exe
Does that work? All icons back and is explorer running?
