Hello

i have an issues with my library file

my library its looking like this and i cant open it !!!!






and there is no " users " folder in the c:







can any one help me please

If this just started in the last few days, do a System Restore to a date before you had the problem.

i cant use system restore bcz its disabled

First, go into your system and enable System Restore. System Restore - Enable or Disable You will need it in the future.

My first inclination would be to run Windows Defender Offline. Windows Defender Offline

I would also run the system file checker to check and attempt to repair system files SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker An administrative command prompt is click start, type cmd in the search box, right click the cmd entry that appears and select run as administrator.
