Java Update-Now I get a security warning for programs that run java

Updated Java to v7 Update 11, websites that use java are coming up with a security warning asking if I want to run this application? It says:

An application from the location below is requesting permission to run.
Location: www.time.gov/.../java Then I have to click "Run" so the program will complete.

I get the same thing when going to
How do I test whether Java is working on my computer?
    and
Java Tester - What Version of Java Are You Running?
to test my version of Java.

This never happened before, is there anyway to disable this?

I assume that this security check was installed by Java 7 Update 11 because it did not start until I installed v7.11.

I checked this PC before I updated and no security question, after I updated I get the security question.
I updated my PC at work first and that is when I noticed this had started, came home and tested this one before updating so it must be v7.11 that is installing this test or whatever you want to call it.

Just tried both the sites you posted and they do no give me a security warning.
They state that Java is disabled, which it is.

Only people that have java installed and enabled on their PC will get this warning. Also it seems that you will only get this warning if you have java 7 update 11 installed, previous versions of java will not give you this warning.

Since you have java disabled the two websites I mentioned will not try to run java on your PC.

I found my answer, set the new security setting feature to medium, reboot and no more warning.

I actually left it on high now that I know what is causing the warning and how to disable it if I want to.
