If that's only the top tip of the scrolling bar for Startup items then you have a typical preinstalled Win7 bloated with crapware starting with the OS which doesn't need to.

The best thing you can do is to do what most tech enthusiasts do to get the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

If you're not ready to do that yet and want to try to regain some of Win7's native perfect performance, then I'd at least Clean Up Factory Bloatware.

At the very least I'd establish a Clean Boot which steps I've given you already and are detailed in the Clean UP Bloatware link just above.

Try without any of that to see if you need it. Doubtful.

I've already said you only need your AV, and it should be free lightweight Microsoft Security Essentials not the Norton bloatware.

Are you going to get the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to enjoy Win7 native performance, or fight the crapware's corruption?

If you're not ready to do it yet, then Clean Up Factory Bloatware.
Uninstall everything Norton, everything Google, Nero crapware to start.

BitDefender's okay but costs. MSE is free, fine and interferes the least. Use it with the Win7 firewall.

Windows 7 does not need or want any kind of Tune Up program.

Let us know what you have done/complete and the results.
