windows failed to start, cannot repair, no backup, restore or repair

    PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.
35+ startup repair attempts and still no dice
Windows failed to start.a recent hardware change may be the cause.
Start up repair cannot repair this computer automatically.
Windows cannot find a system image on this computer
    No restore points
    No backup or repair discs
Bluescreen/crash with safemode, memory diagnostics tests, and attempts to restore to"out of box" state
Everything redirects to startup repair or start windows normally,
Repair option ends in cannot repair message, start normally ends up in bluescreen/crash and restart.

    Root cause found:
Startup repair has tried several times but still cannot determine the cause of the problem.
I can access the command prompt box but I'm unsure of where to go from there. It is the only thing I've been able to run without bluescreens popping up and shutting down my laptop. Can any one help me restore my POS back to an operable state through there?
I am aware of f key functions, and have attempted setup utility options boot options and still I'm stuck.
I'm stuck with a never ending startup repair/bluescreen fail/system recovery loop

Is the hard drive detected in BIOS setup? Reset to defaults.

Which steps have you performed so far from tutorial in my last post?
