Can't move media Library to another Drive

Hi, for some reason I can't seem to move my 60GB media folder to another internal drive in my computer. I can move individual folders from the library to the other drive but I can't select the whole 60GB folder and move it.

Seems odd, I've never had this problem, and I don't even get a message, nothing.

I tried moving another media library from a different HD to the target HD this time it worked, but for some reason the original HD that I want to transfer data from won't let me unless I select individual folders.

Must have something to do with Windows because I booted into Linux and was able to transfer the files.

Really weird wouldn't even let me rename or delete the folder.
