I am at the moment durning a system recovery but its seems to be struck on setup is installing devices been like this for 9 days is this correct please help thank you

No that is not correct 9 days is way to long, sounds like it has crashed
Are you doing a system restore or recovering system partition
What led up to this ?

hi doing a system recovery , it just stopped even when i turn it off it was just the same so this was the last resort .
