| | boot gets stuck on desktop - no icons Weird problem . Sometimes when I boot into windows , I get the desktop but no icons , and the cursor point is a spinning circle . Or I will get icons but it seems to get stuck loading . How can I troubleshoot this . Is their a program to see what is causing the issue when booting ? Thanks people .. |

| Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bits 7601 Multiprocessor Free Service Pack 1 SecretCity | It's not a boot problem... it's a problem after logon. Is mouse pointer spinning for many minutes and never stop? You are not able to do anything? Do you have other user accounts on machine? If so... same problem with other accounts? |

| | Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 starting with the Clean Boot. Report back results of each step as there may be others indicated. If none of the steps help, consider getting a perfect reinstall following the same steps for Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 |
