Windows 7: Problem with calendar published from Outlook

I have been publishing my Outlook calendar to https://calendars.office.microsoft.com for a long time, and was able to subscribe to it using the online Hotmail Calendar or the gmail calendar. Recently, although Outlook reports refreshing the calendar regularly and reports no errors, the online calendars are not getting any data from it. The Hotmail Calendar reports the following:

[edit: If I manually generate an ics file from Outlook, and upload it to my web server, Hotmail Calendar has no problem subscribing to it and displaying all the items. The problem would seem to be with Microsoft's server?]

Does anyone else publish their calendars and have success subscribing with a web calendar?
