syskey - forgot password.

I have syskey on my windows 7 machine and i forget the password
Please is there any way i can bypass or remove the password because i
don't want to format the machine........ If not i will lose my notes, project work etc.
PLEASE HELP ME........

No sorry, a reload is the only way.

You could boot with a linux live cd and maybe retrieve your files.
