As you can see in gregs post #8
Their is no Direct X 11.1 for use in Windows 7. Their for any game that needs Derect X 11.1 will not function properly. Because Windows 7 SP-1 does have to a degree Direct 11 and your Video card is Direct X 11 I'm not understanding what their is a problem there.
Thank you for posting your specs but I'm still somewhat puzzled. You do have a lot of nice hardware so lets see if they work together.
Could you post a website so we can see exactly what ram you have?

Are you not reading, DirectX 11 is the highest Windows 7 will use. Check what version you have by entering dxdiag in search then look on the system tab. It will tell you what version you have.
