Download Dialog Box at Bottom??? Looks Like Vista???

I have 3 computers with Windows 7 Home Premium 64x but I have one of them that looks more like Vista with the dialog box pops up at the bottom with the yellow header. None of my other ones are like this. I don't like the look/function. Can I change this? Thanks!
