    Unable to view folders contents - Public


    Dear Forum,

    I am not computer savvy and I have just gone into my computer to look at my documents, music and various other items and I can not access them.

    Can you change this so you can find these folders?

    They were there before.

    Screen shot as I am terribly tired and frustrated on how to write it.

    I just wish to find my douments etc

    Hello Melissa,

    It looks like you are viewing them through a library instead of going directly into the C:\Users\(user-name) folder to open them.

    See if this may be the issue. Right click on an empty area in the navigation pane (far left one), and uncheck the "Show all folders" option.
