    Hi there,

What is the program you are trying to run? Have you done all the latest Windows 7 updates?

For that second, Patero, you can use msconfig to shut off the auto-update program for it. Then, look into manually updating the program, if need be.

If they just started, it`s something you installed, computers are not sold with these problems. As mentioned, some program is trying to update itself. Find out which program it is and turn off it`s auto update function. As mentioned, if you go to start>msconfig>startup uncheck anthing you don`t recognize. You can also do the same thing on the services tab, by 1st hiding all microsoft services then unchecking each service 1 by 1 til you nail down the program.

Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 starting with the Clean Boot, then check the logs for any related or repeat errors to resolve, utilize System Resources for solutions to problems.

Where did you get Win7 Ultimate and how is it activated?

try system restore... maybe the error comes from paretologic that you installed on your pc.. disable the pareto updater on msconfig. or on your start menu, look for the folder startup, then right click. click explore, look for pareto updater, then delete it..

If these haven't been mentioned, some other things I would check
In Control Panel > Programs and Features
    Look for a "Pareto..." program
You may have installed something without knowing it.

Download and run MS Sysinternals Autoruns for Windows
    Look for "Pareto..."
Autoruns shows a lot more startup info, but it is more "complicated"...

See if you are getting a Memory Dump file (.DMP) for this crash.
If you are, someone on the BSOD team may be able to determine the cause of the crash...
Doing searches for Pareto, pareto_update, etc. I can't find a good answer to what this really is.
A lot of what I find, I won't click on because of WOT warnings.
One listing says it's for Optimization and Security !
